Please Note: To preserve the integrity of our intimate apparel collections, CORSETS, BODYSUITS, AND CAMIS are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. All other items from our collections are eligible for returns or exchanges within the specified timeframe.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Corsets, bodysuits, and camisoles (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours (during business days), our customer service team will respond with:

  • A Return Authorization Number
  • Detailed return shipping instructions
  • The return shipping address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original packing slip, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange for your desired alternative product. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference; if of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for refund processing
  • Additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.

International Returns

As we serve an international clientele (with limited exceptions in some Asian countries and remote regions), customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges associated with returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
